Conjugation

Infilarsi

to slip into

Regular -are verb, gerund infilandosi, past participle infilato, auxiliary essere.

  • Mi, ti, si

The pronoun comes before the verb, mi infilo, and before the auxiliary: mi sono infilato. It attaches to commands, infilati, and to the infinitive and the gerund. A ban to tu has two orders: non infilarti / non ti infilare.

Lei, the polite you, takes the form of lui / lei: Lei parla.

After essere, the participle agrees with the subject: andato, andata, andati, andate.
