During the first few days, she's accompanied by Ann from the Easy German community, but then she continues the journey entirely on her own—through rain and blue skies, through moments of euphoria and reflection. As she cycles through beautiful landscapes and rediscovers Germany, Cari realizes how much she's growing with every stage of the trip.
