  • Separable: zu

    In a main clause, zu goes to the end: er rennt … zu. It stays joined in a subordinate clause (…, dass er zurennt), in the participle zugerannt, and with zu: zuzurennen.

sie / Sie: they, and Sie, the polite you, take the same form: sie fahren, Sie fahren.
