  • Separable: zurück

    In a main clause, zurück goes to the end: er kommt … zurück. It stays joined in a subordinate clause (…, dass er zurückkommt), in the participle zurückgekommen, and with zu: zurückzukommen.

sie / Sie: they, and Sie, the polite you, take the same form: sie fahren, Sie fahren.
