  • Separable: vor

    In a main clause, vor goes to the end: er trinkt … vor. It stays joined in a subordinate clause (…, dass er vortrinkt), in the participle vorgetrunken, and with zu: vorzutrinken.

sie / Sie: they, and Sie, the polite you, take the same form: sie fahren, Sie fahren.
