  • Haben or sein

    Here tauchen takes sein, as most speakers in Germany say: Ich bin im Meer getaucht. For the activity alone, haben is also used: Ich habe im Urlaub getaucht.

sie / Sie: they, and Sie, the polite you, take the same form: sie fahren, Sie fahren.
