Haben or sein
In Germany, stillstehen takes haben: hat stillgestanden. In southern Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, it takes sein: ist stillgestanden.
Separable: still
In a main clause, still goes to the end: er steht … still. It stays joined in a subordinate clause (…, dass er stillsteht), in the participle stillgestanden, and with zu: stillzustehen.
sie / Sie: they, and Sie, the polite you, take the same form: sie fahren, Sie fahren.
Enough to talk about now, your plans, and what you did.
What is happening now, habits, and plans: morgen fahre ich.
The everyday past in speech: haben or sein plus the participle.
Orders, requests, and advice. Du and ihr are not said; wir and Sie come after the verb.
