  • Separable: um

    In a main clause, um goes to the end: er stellt sich … um. It stays joined in a subordinate clause (…, dass er sich umstellt), in the participle umgestellt, and with zu: umzustellen.

sie / Sie: they, and Sie, the polite you, take the same form: sie fahren, Sie fahren.
