In a main clause, rum goes to the end: er liegt … rum. It stays joined in a subordinate clause (…, dass er rumliegt), in the participle rumgelegen, and with zu: rumzuliegen.
sie / Sie: they, and Sie, the polite you, take the same form: sie fahren, Sie fahren.
Enough to talk about now, your plans, and what you did.
What is happening now, habits, and plans: morgen fahre ich.
The everyday past in speech: haben or sein plus the participle.
