  • Separable: nach

    In a main clause, nach goes to the end: er denkt … nach. It stays joined in a subordinate clause (…, dass er nachdenkt), in the participle nachgedacht, and with zu: nachzudenken.

sie / Sie: they, and Sie, the polite you, take the same form: sie fahren, Sie fahren.
