  • Separable: hin

    In a main clause, hin goes to the end: er legt … hin. It stays joined in a subordinate clause (…, dass er hinlegt), in the participle hingelegt, and with zu: hinzulegen.

sie / Sie: they, and Sie, the polite you, take the same form: sie fahren, Sie fahren.
