    In a main clause, durch goes to the end: er rührt … durch. It stays joined in a subordinate clause (…, dass er durchrührt), in the participle durchgerührt, and with zu: durchzurühren.

sie / Sie: they, and Sie, the polite you, take the same form: sie fahren, Sie fahren.
