Think through

réfléchir à quelque chose mûrement

Irregular verb, phrasal verb.

  • Phrasal verb: through

Only think changes; through stays the same: thought through, thought through.

  • Object in the middle

The object can go before through, as the card writes it: think something through. A pronoun always does: think it through.

In speech, the helping verbs shorten: I’m, he’s, we’re, I’ve, I’ll, I’d.
