échanger la place de deux choses

Verbe régulier, verbe à particule.

  • Verbe à particule : around

    Seul swap se conjugue ; around ne change pas : swapped around, swapped around.

  • Le complément au milieu

    Le complément peut se placer avant around, comme sur la carte : swap something around. Un pronom s’y place toujours : swap it around.

À l’oral, les auxiliaires se contractent : I’m, he’s, we’re, I’ve, I’ll, I’d.

  1. Present simple

    Les habitudes, les faits et ce qui est vrai en général. Pour la négation et la question, on ajoute do ou does : I don't swap around, he doesn't swap around.

  2. Present continuous

    Ce qui se passe maintenant, et les projets déjà organisés : we’re leaving tomorrow.

    1. I am swapping around
    2. you / we / they are swapping around
    3. he / she / it is swapping around

  3. Past simple

    Une action terminée à un moment du passé : yesterday, in 2020. Pour la négation et la question, on ajoute did : I didn't swap around.

    1. I / you / he / she / it / we / they swapped around

  4. Future with going to

    Les projets, les intentions, et ce qu’on voit venir : it’s going to rain.

    1. I am going to swap around
    2. you / we / they are going to swap around
    3. he / she / it is going to swap around

  5. Imperative

    Ordres, conseils et consignes. Let’s propose de le faire ensemble. À la forme négative : don't swap around.
