Run through

faire passer quelque chose dans

Irregular verb, phrasal verb.

  • Phrasal verb: through

Only run changes; through stays the same: ran through, run through.

  • Object in the middle

The object can go before through, as the card writes it: run something through. A pronoun always does: run it through.

In speech, the helping verbs shorten: I’m, he’s, we’re, I’ve, I’ll, I’d.
