Push off

pousser sur

Regular verb, phrasal verb.

  • Phrasal verb: off

Only push changes; off stays the same: pushed off, pushed off.

  • Object in the middle

The object can go before off, as the card writes it: push something off. A pronoun always does: push it off.

In speech, the helping verbs shorten: I’m, he’s, we’re, I’ve, I’ll, I’d.
