Bounce off

rebondir sur

Verbe régulier, verbe à particule.

  • Verbe à particule : off

Seul bounce se conjugue ; off ne change pas : bounced off, bounced off.

  • Le complément au milieu

Le complément peut se placer avant off, comme sur la carte : bounce something off somebody. Un pronom s’y place toujours : bounce it off.

À l’oral, les auxiliaires se contractent : I’m, he’s, we’re, I’ve, I’ll, I’d.
